Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2003, when she launched and successfully operated a residential and commercial cleaning business for more than a decade. A family move to Naples, Florida, sparked an unexpected but exciting evolution in her career—from managing operations at a Dunkin’ franchise and two ministry centers to discovering her passion for coworking, operations, and community-building.

In 2015, Jana became the Community Coordinator at Venture X Naples, where she helped shape one of the area’s first collaborative workspaces. From planning events and cultivating online communities to becoming certified in social media strategy, she quickly established herself as a dynamic operator and brand builder. As Venture X expanded into a franchise system, Jana’s role evolved into training, technical support, and the development of key operational resources that supported multi-location growth. She also became a trusted expert in Nexudus coworking management software, which ultimately inspired her next venture: founding Colliding Clouds.

Today, Jana advises coworking brands, workspace operators, and commercial real estate stakeholders on launching, refining, and scaling high-performing businesses. With a rare blend of real estate acumen, operational leadership, and technology insight, she helps clients create stronger member experiences, more profitable operations, and sustainable growth strategies. Whether optimizing systems, mentoring leaders, or structuring real estate opportunities, Jana brings clarity, energy, and execution to every project.

Outside of work, Jana is a proud mother of five amazing children and enjoys time with her two adult children as well. When she’s not streamlining workspaces, mentoring others in the coworking industry, or doing real estate deals, she’s likely at the beach or pool, enjoying live music, traveling, or making memories with her family.
